Munarra means thunder in Yorta Yorta language. And that's the name of the new Regional Excellence Centre in Shepparton. Munarra Centre's aspiration is to empower and educate local communities. It will combine education, culture, arts and sport to create a healthy community and the leaders of tomorrow. From the First Nations-led design, construction and partnerships - the Centre is an example of self-determination in action.
